The purpose of this document is to provide you with basic information on the processing of your personal data. Please be assured that we will handle your personal data with due care and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
This notice fully reflects Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, effective from 25 May 2018.
1. Who is the data controller?
The data controller is the person who, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.
The controller of your personal data is SunBeam s.r.o., with its registered office at 945 01 Komárno Jókaiho 14E, ICO: 56023502, entered in the Register of Companies of the City Court in Nitra under the section: Sro, registration number 62495/N (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).

The Data Protection Coordinator is responsible for responding to all requests you have sent to our Company regarding your rights as a data subject.
3. For what purpose and on what legal basis do we process your personal data?
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
– conclusion and performance of the contract between you and the Company;
– organization and conduct of webinars for you;
– tailoring our product and service offering to your needs;
– providing you with personalized offers about our products and services;
– protecting the legitimate interests of the Company.
The legal basis for processing your personal data is the performance of the contract between you and our Company, in accordance with the legal obligation to which the Company is subject, as well as the legitimate interests of our Company, which consist of providing the necessary supplies for production and other activities. Sales by our Company, marketing of our Company’s products and services, and last but not least, the protection of the Company’s assets.
If you refuse to provide your consent to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes, this does not mean that we will refuse to supply you with the product or service under the contract concluded with you as a result.
4. How did we obtain your personal data?
We have obtained your personal data directly from you, in particular from contracts concluded with you, forms filled in by you or our mutual communications.
Your personal data may also come from publicly available sources, registers and databases, such as the Companies Register, the Real Estate Register, the Debtors Register or various professional registers.
5. What categories of personal data do we process about you?
In order to ensure the fulfillment of our obligations and compliance with our legal obligations, to provide a personalized offer of the Company’s products and services, and for the other purposes mentioned above, we process the following categories of personal data:
– Basic identification data – name, surname, date of birth, address and identification number;
– Contact data – telephone number and e-mail address;
– Information about the use of the Company’s products and services;
– information about mutual communication – information from e-mails, recorded telephone calls or other contact forms;
– Invoice and transaction information – including, but not limited to, information appearing on invoices and information regarding the agreed terms of invoicing and payments received;
– Business information – information about your position or function, your area of business activity.
6. To whom do we transfer your personal data?
We transfer your personal data in particular to regulatory authorities in order to comply with legal obligations incumbent on the Company (e.g. financial administration).
We may also transfer your personal data to external companies that assist us in certain activities involving the processing of personal data (accounting, IT services, transport services, etc.).
When using a transport service, we always provide information about the identity of our transport partner and only share with them the data that is absolutely necessary to perform the activity.
We do not transfer your personal data to countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area, or to any international organization.
7. How long do we retain your personal data?
We retain accounting documents for the statutory period of 10 years. We retain other personal data that is not subject to a statutory retention period for 4 years as we may need it.
