S-Series optimizers are designed for commercial installations. Two modules can be connected to them, so for large PV systems the number of optimizers needed is halved. The S optimizers feature “”sense connect”” technology for even greater safety. This monitors the temperatures in the cables and connectors and warns of abnormal behaviour before arcing occurs. The S1200 can be used with panels up to 500 W.
