Solar Panel AIKO-A510-MAH60Db Full Black

The Aiko A510-MAH60Db from the Black Hole series is manufactured using newly designed N-type cells and All Back Contact (ABC) technology. These cells are constructed using non-silver metallic materials, with the interconnect grid located on the back wall. The absence of silver directly contributes to the durability of the electrical connections, extending the lifespan of the cells and the entire PV module, while the rear connections provide a larger surface area for sunlight absorption on the front. The use of ABC technology results in a lower temperature coefficient, greater resistance to low and high ambient temperatures, and thus high efficiency and durability for the modules in this series. Additionally, half-cut technology has been incorporated into the module construction, reducing power losses and providing an extra 5 to 10 W of output gain.

High-quality N-type silicon wafers and optimized ABC technology also contribute directly to low power degradation during the first year of operation. It is at most 1%, and at most 0.35% the following year. This result enabled the company to obtain a 30-year warranty on linear power output.

The AIKO A510-MAH60Db consists of 120 monocrystalline N-type photovoltaic cells housed in a lightweight, anodized aluminum alloy frame that is corrosion-resistant and covered with highly transparent glass. All of this contributes to its high efficiency, performance, and higher output compared to P-type PV modules, as well as a 25-year product warranty.

Cables with a length of 1,200 mm, exiting the IP68-rated junction box, are equipped with MC4 Evo2 connectors. The module has numerous certifications: IEC61215, IEC61730, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
